An order is not considered finalized until BONO confirms its acceptance. Before accepting an order, BONO must receive and process your payment. Please carefully review the details of your order before finalizing it. Once your order has been accepted, BONO may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept your order, modify its contents, or cancel it, we will endeavor to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of ordering.Returns or exchanges of your purchased items will be handled solely in accordance with our Return Policy.You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are intended for your personal use or that of your household, and are not intended for resale or export for commercial purposes.Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at info@bono-archive.com. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, provided the goods are returned unused. Certain products (such as personalized or made-to-order items) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law; see our Return Policy for details.

The price of the product or service will be the price applicable at the time of your order and will be stated in the order confirmation email.
